First of all, you must know the basic working principle of the pneumatic crawler drilling rig. The rig is driven by the portable screw air compressor, in order to carry out various actions, traveling, drilling, if it is losing the air compressor, the rig is unable to do anything.
Second, pneumatic crawler drill is mounted with dust collector which has filters and pulse, the air compressor must share the air to the pneumatic crawler drilling rig, that is bound to affect the air supply, that is, 100% of the original air supply to the pneumatic crawler drilling rig, but now with a dust catcher, only 70% of the air supply to the drilling rig, it is bound to affect drilling efficiency, improve the drilling cost.
Third, installing a dust collector with pulse and filter, but also need to add battery on the dust collector, in order to ensure the normal operation of the pulse. This undoubtedly presents a huge problem to the work site without power supply.
