Track shoe height higher

All the inside parts of chassis of KHITAN-910-PRO drilling rig is upgraded,not interchangeable with KHITAN-910-DTH​.

The track is smoother during the walking process, it will not be easily stuck by small stones in the mining site, and the track life will be longer.​

EPA tier 3 engine

​The engine is upgraded to meet EPA tier 3 standard, which is more environmentally friendly.

ROTARY HEAD

Straight tooth gearbox with high load can adjust rotary speed according to rock hardness. Rotary head is matched with USA Eaton hydraulic rotary motor.The enhanced shock absorber is installed to reduce the impact reaction force of drilling hole and improve the service life of the gearbox. The dual rotary motor can be selected to adjust the speed and torque to ensure faster drilling under different working conditions of hard and soft rock.

FEEDING & LIFTING

Adopt USA Eaton large torque motor, match 800 N.m brake propulsion and lifting force up to 20k.n, braking is reliable, single drill rod maximum lifting speed up to 4.2 seconds, can reduce the time for you to change the rod.

SHOCK ABSORB

Shock abosrb is very effective to slow down the shock damage of the impacter to the rotary head, so that the service life of the rotary head is longer.

Maintenance-free chassis
​Equipped with imported high-torque traveling motor, it can pull air compressor at will, support wheel maintenance-free aluminum belt plate, there is a mud discharge groove, not easy to get stuck, track protection plate can prevent the chain rail from falling off, disassembling and disassembling operation pedal is suitable for remote walking operation.

Gravity axle frame
It adopts straight-through gravity axle with high bearing capacity, which enhances the firmness of the connection between the body and the track, and makes the chassis of the drilling rig durable and not easy to be deformed.When walking across the slope, the passing capacity can reach 20 degree and the longitudinal climbing can reach 35 degree.

It is equipped with imported plunger travelling motor, with brake valve and mechanical brake, high braking sensitivity and strong traction drive, which ensures the bearing capacity of KHITAN-910 DTH hydraulic crawler drilling rig with 9 tons.
