Nitrogen Charge Valve For ​SANDVIK Hydraulic Rock Drill H200 & H300

How to install Inflation Kit on SANDVIK H200&H300 hydraulic rock drill?

Replenish the rock drill H200 & H300 accumulator with nitrogen.

First remove the accumulator assembly from the H200/H300/H350 hydraulic rock drill.

• Deflated

Nitrogen should be drained first
Note: It is necessary to slowly rotate the accumulator sealing screw 1~3 bucks. do not quickly unscrew all of them, otherwise the screw will jump out.

• Connection

Connect the nitrogen charger to the thread on the accumulator top cover and the gas pipe to the nitrogen cylinder.

• Inflatable

Open the handwheel nitrogen charger first, and then carefully to start the nitrogen cylinder main valve, open the pressure for 6 ~ 7 Mpa, after arrived at the pressure, nitrogen gas cylinder valve should be turned off immediately , and then rapidly rotating nitrogen charger’s handwheel, tighten the accumulator seal screw, finally open the nitrogen charger’s pressure relief valve, release the rest of the nitrogen in pipeline, remove the nitrogen charger, install accumulator back cap, inflatable finish.
