As the core power unit of GRAND KHITAN-1088 top hammer hydraulic crawler rock drill rig, the comprehensive performance of the hydraulic drifter directly determines the operational efficiency and service life of the drilling rig. In response to the unique torque transmission curve and dynamic load spectrum of the GRAND KHITAN-1088 top hammer crawler rock drilling rig, the R&D center collaborated with Japanese precision manufacturing company YAMAMOTO to develop a fully compatible hydraulic rock drilling system through reverse engineering parameter analysis. YAMAMOTO hydraulic drifter adopts chromium molybdenum alloy impact piston and high-precision distribution valve group, relying on Japan localized full process manufacturing technology, and the dimensional accuracy of key components reaches micrometer level control standards.​
