Choosing a job that suits oneself is better than anything else.
I still remember when my master scolded me at first, 'Why are you so stupid? You don't know anything.' At that time, I made up my mind to master my skills. I don't know how much pain I have endured or how many tears I have shed in the middle. But I have come this far and have never thought of giving up.
All of this stems from my immense love for this industry. Not everyone will fall in love with this job at first, but since you have chosen this profession, you must make yourself fall in love with it. Otherwise, how could you fully devote yourself to studying and working? It has been proven that if you are doing what you love to do, your efficiency will be twice the result with half the effort, so you must fall in love with it.
During the process of becoming an apprentice, one endures hardships and suffers, shedding blood and tears. There's no need to say more about this. Being scolded, looked down upon, and treated unfairly will also be like a common occurrence. So at this moment, one's inner strength must become stronger. This is also a process of personal growth. No matter what you used to do. Now please put aside your face, put away your temper, and become patient.
You're even thinking that one day you'll be criticized by others, and you can't see whether the road ahead is black or white, so you want to give up. If you give up, you lose, you lose to yourself. Because you give up halfway, because you are not patient enough, because you are not mature enough, when you persist until the end, you will find that those past experiences are more precious than anything else.
Attitude determines success or failure, and this statement is certainly true. To learn quickly, one must be humble and not feel satisfied with just a little progress. That will only make you lazier. We must find a suitable method for ourselves. You must remain calm during actual operation. Be brave to face your own shortcomings and find ways to overcome them.
Don't just focus on whether someone's skills are good or bad. A master may not necessarily be a master, perhaps you can surpass them within two years. So every driller has own strengths, which requires you to be observant and learn from their strengths. Also, check if they have their own shortcomings. Cars are dead and people are alive, and the ultimate performance of DTH crawler drilling rig lies in the flexibility of people. As long as we are good at observation, every driller we see is our own master.
